First Contact Tag Rugby This is a three-hour attendance course, which explores the best practices of tag rugby.
The course although coach led is interactive and gives all candidates a chance to referee or coach. All participants receive a certificate from First Conatct. The course can be delivered at most venues and needs a minimum of 12 candidates. An Introduction in Contact This is a First Contact course and is 2 hours long much, of which you will be practising in and to participating in. Candidates must be 9 or older to take part on this course. The course explores the ways to be safe in the contact situation.

Disability in Sport Primary School Session A fun interactive course, which is one hour in duration, which is, delivered straight into the classroom. It explores the problem disability participants in sport face and the sports they can take part in. It challenges children’s views and ideas about disability using interactive sessions.
